Rules regarding ticket cancellation and refunds.

48 to 72 hours before departure | 75% | Ticket cancellation between 48 to 72 hours before departure |
24 to 48 hours before departure | 50% | Ticket cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before departure |
2 to 24 hours before departure | 25% | Ticket cancellation between 2 to 24 hours before departure |
Less than 2 hours or after departure | 0% | Ticket cancellation less than 2 hours before or after departure |
Tickets can be cancelled up to 2 hours before departure.
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation rate table.

Each passenger is allowed to carry 20kg of luggage.
